Deputy Minister for Skills backs Worldwide Virtual Enterprise scheme
Deputy Minister for Skills Jeff Cuthbert, who spoke at the opening meeting of global organisation Practice Enterprise Network (PEN) in Cardiff on 26 March, backed the scheme, which allows students to set up practice firms and trade with other virtual companies in participating countries around the world.
