This campus situated at Nantgarw, adjacent to the Showcase Cinema has recently undergone a major new development with the completion of a new state of the art technology centre offering excellent facilities in areas including Aerospace, Construction and Engineering. The centre also houses The Academy, which offers courses in Complementary Therapies, Sport & Fitness, Beauty and Spa Management to HE level.
A new Art Centre is being built at this campus which will incorporate printmaking, reprographics facilities with a 3D workshop and specialist studio. An area will be dedicated to fashion, textiles and costume with an industry standard pattern cutting and machining workshop, dye facilities and several large light purpose designed studios. The graphics/ photography and digital design section will consist of a darkroom, photographic studio, life drawing room, computer & digital design studios and two large graphic art studios.
