Learner Feedback

To help us  improve our services we regularly ask learners for feedback either through structured discussions, student parliaments, learner conferences or through the completion of questionnaires. 

During 2009/10, learners completed various questionnaires including - Learner Survey 1( Admissions & Enrolment) , the DCELLS Learner Voice Survey and Learner Survey 3 (My Course, Lecturers, Resources, L C and Tutorials). We are pleased to share with you the results of those surveys and the action that we have taken to address issues raised.
