Applying for a course at Coleg Morgannwg is simple
  • Our Campus Services team is here to help you decide which course is right for you. Offering impartial advice, guidance and support right the way through your application process.

  • You can apply throughout the year but remember popular courses fill up quickly – so don’t leave it too long to register your interest.

  • Remember you can even apply to us as well as applying to study at other schools or colleges.
 
The Coleg Morgannwg Application Trail
 

Step 1

Check out our broad range of courses, decide on the courses/subjects you are interested in. Talk to your careers adviser or phone the college.

 

Step 2

Complete and submit the on-line Application Form.

Alternatively if you would prefer to fill in a paper version you can download and print an application form using the link below. After Completion please post the form to your preferred Campus, addresses are on the bottom of the form.

Step 3

You will be invited along for an informal interview during which we can talk with you to decide which course you are best suited to. We will also ask you to complete a couple of activities to help us plan any study support you might benefit from.

 

Step 4

You will be invited along to meet the course tutor for your chosen area who will undertake a diagnostic interview to make sure you have chosen the course that is right for you. We can always explore other options if you want to make any changes at this stage.

 

Step 5

You will receive an ‘offer letter’ telling you what we can offer you, keep this safe you will need it when you receive your results. It may have conditions such as getting certain GCSEs.

 

Step 6

We make sure you have the information you need to apply for any additional grants to support you during your studies.

 

Step 7

As soon as you receive your exam results let us know by following the instructions on your offer letter. As soon as we receive notification of your results we will contact you about your enrolment arrangements.
